Natascha Foret Truong is the founder of Public Health Design, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing health equity through the power of research-based design and communication. An accomplished graphic designer and researcher with over 20 years of experience in visual communication, website development, and design strategy, Natascha leverages her expertise to address complex public health challenges with creativity and innovation.
Natascha holds an MFA in Graphic Design and an MA in Visual Communication Design, with a research focus on the psychological impact of visual messaging in public health. This unique perspective informs her work at Public Health Design and her role as a Senior Graphic Designer at Premier Inc., where she creates effective visual strategies to enhance clarity and engagement in healthcare initiatives and technology communications. Her work consistently promotes public health equity through accessible, impactful health design.
At Public Health Design, Natascha provides creative services to public health nonprofits, combining her academic knowledge and professional experience to support organizations in achieving meaningful, lasting impact.
As an artist, runner, and mother to three children and three dogs, Natascha approaches her work with a deep sense of compassion and purpose. She is committed to building a more inclusive world by empowering public health organizations with the tools and strategies needed to drive positive change.
Claudia Vazquez has held various roles within the Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Compliance fields for Fortune 500 companies. Her extensive experience in employment practices and compliance has given her the passion to advocate for others while protecting companies from difficult legal exposures.
Claudia has a Master of Studies Degree in Law from the University of Southern California - Gould School of Law with a concentration in HR Compliance and Health Compliance. Claudia earned her Bachelor of Business Management from Vanguard University of Southern California.
Claudia and her family moved to the Charlotte area in 2013 from Southern California. Prior to her move to North Carolina, she worked for other well established non-profit organizations such as Families Forward in Irvine, CA, Templo Calvario Community Development Corporation in Santa Ana, CA.
Claudia has also been an active member of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce, Charlotte and is an alumni of the LeadingUp program as well as an avid advocate for the many LACCC’s initiatives. In addition, she has served as a mentor for Circle de Luz, a non-profit organization that empowers young Latina women.
Claudia's hobbies include running, paddle boarding, spending time in the mountains with her family and her dog. Being with nature gives her a sense of beautiful peace. Claudia is passionate about traveling with her two boys and husband.
Erin Morris is a skilled professional with extensive experience in non-profit management, human resources, and program development. She holds a Master’s of Education in Training and Development from North Carolina State University, a Certificate of Human Resources from UNC Charlotte, and a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of South Florida.
Erin has demonstrated expertise in staff development, fundraising, event planning, and strategic planning, with a track record of leading successful teams and programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Communities In Schools, she oversees talent acquisition, training and development, and compliance.
When not working, Erin enjoys time with her family and being outdoors. Erin and her husband, Tim, have twins who are currently in their freshman year at the Univerisity of North Carolina in Charlotte and Appalalchian State University.
